  Big place, big range, and yet I still couldn't find what I was looking for. 2 workers there but neither one approached me until I had been in there for ages and finally made a choice. More expensive than the supermarket down the road. They put my one bottle of wine into a huge black bag, which was obviously too big, so when I picked it up the bottle fell sideways. It was a sparkling wine so should not have been falling around like that.I said a couple of things to them but received no response.
  So was not impressed with the service or the price. Some big franchises take their customers for granted and don't feel they need to go the extra mile to retain good customers. I'm going back to my local Smugglers on Avalon Drive, for friendly and personal atmosphere and better service.
