  Ordered a replacement remote last week, ours got lost in our move. When it arrived, it didn't come with any set up instructions and a google search turned up not to be helpful. Waited until Monday morning, called them and was put on hold for 90 minutes, then got disconnected. Tried back again and selected a different option, on hold for 3 hours, then disconnected. In the mean time, I send 3 emails and left several messages from my other phone line. No luck. Going to dispute the charge and get my money back. Might have to get a new provider. Nobody home at this company apparently.
