  In one word....Terrible. Had a car worth around $6000 and a quote to fix of $4000 which we decided to go ahead with. Then they came back to us 5 weeks later and said that there is now an additional cost of $1700 so the total fix now equals roughly the value of the car. Having checked (in hindsight unfortunately) with a number of other garages how the process may have rolled out elsewhere, it seems like there is a very good chance that we have been "taken for a ride". Pity I let them know I knew very little about cars.
