  I looked through dozens of cafes this morning to treat myself out while I am away from home for work, and choose this cafe for its lovely healthy food. The food looks and tastes to die for, lovely large cafe and courtyard, with herbs and plants every where. However, my experience of the person on the front counter that served me was a reminder that customer service really counts. The woman that served me could not be more sour or disinterested. By the time I paid my $32 for my treat breakfast out, I felt unwelcome. I ate my meal quickly and went to another cafe that was less pretentious for my 2nd coffee. Even though this cafe has the food I am happy to pay more for, improved service and systems are what would make this place really established, professional and welcoming.

  Great food. I love the refined-sugar-free, gluten free, dairy free etc options here, as well as the focus on quality healthy food. Also a pleasant setting to enjoy the meal!
